- For Internet Explorer users - sometimes clearing your cache in the normal way isn't enough - you may still get this page instead of the catalog. For you we recommend pressing these keys together: <Ctrl> <Shift> <P>. This opens another browser window in Private mode. Visit the catalog or your account - it should work like normal. When you close this window, you'll find you can access the catalog as usual again.
