Summer Reading 2012 starts today!

It's June 1st, and that means it's the first day of Summer Reading in Washington County! Readers of all ages can sign up for summer fun at their local WCCLS library. Summer reading programs are available for kids, teens, and adults this year.

Adults can enjoy author visits, music programs, craft nights and more, plus they can enter to win great prizes, just for signing up!

For kids, libraries are offering entertaining and educational programs, from science experiments to magic shows. Kids win great prizes, just for signing up, and more if they meet their summer reading goals.

Teen programs include fun and interactive yo-yo demonstrations, craft nights, gaming, and more. Teens also get great prizes for signing up for summer reading and meeting their reading goals.

See you at the library this summer! Find a list of all the summer reading events by library and age group here.
