Beating The Age Game - The Over 40 Job Search

On Tuesday, Oct. 30th from 6-8 p.m., the Garden Home Community Library is hosting a session on job searching for people over 40. This session is free and open to anyone.

Learn how to reduce the effect of age in your job search in order to level the playing field.

In this session you will learn:
  • how to brand yourself and use your experience to an advantage
  • tips on terms to use on your resume and interview
  • 15 tips for a competitive job search
This session is presented by Dorothy Tannahill-Moran, certified life and career coach with Next Chapter New Life Coaching. She works with aspiring professionals who are looking for career growth, advancement and entry into the "C" suite. As well, she works with people to overcome the sometimes daunting task of changing careers. With over 21 years in management, Dorothy has coached, trained and guided other professionals who have gone on to impressive and fulfilling careers.
