Updates to how Library2Go titles display in the WCCLS catalog
Starting this month, you may notice that information about downloadable Library2Go titles (e-books, audio-books and videos) will display differently in the WCCLS catalog.
We list the Library2Go titles in the WCCLS catalog, but you cannot download these titles directly from the catalog. To get downloadable titles, you need to visit the Library2Go website. To make this easier to understand from our catalog, we are changing how Library2Go titles display.
It will take some time for us to change the display for all of these items in our catalog. For a few weeks, you will notice that some Library2Go titles have the new display, while other titles still have the old display. Thank you for your patience while we make this transition.
The best way to look for e-books, audio-books and video in Library2Go is to visit the Library2Go website and search or browse for titles there. If you have questions about using Library2Go, contact your local WCCLS library. We also provide step-by-step guides for using Library2Go.

Library2Go and email messages about your holds
On Monday, February 4th, many users of Library2Go got incorrect emails about their holds. People were told that their hold was ready, even though it was not.
If you got an email about a hold, and logged in to find no Add 2Go Cart button next to the hold, this is why. Once your hold is actually available for check out, you get another email letting you know that it is ready.
The mistake was made by OverDrive, the software company that powers the Library2Go service. We apologize for the inconvenience!
