Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) is celebrated in Mexico on November
1 and 2. It is a tradition that varies from region to region and has its
roots in ancient Aztec religion. Día de los Muertos is a festive
occasion set aside to honor, remember, and celebrate the lives of
departed loved ones.
Join the Tualatin Public Library for a Day of the Dead/Día de los Muertos celebration on Saturday, November 2 from 2pm to 3:30pm in the Library Community Room. Bring your family as we celebrate this holiday with special crafts, games, and food.
