From the City of Tualatin,
Construction on the new City parking lots and the Seneca Street extension is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, August 20. Parking for the library will be impacted during this time, as one of the two lots will be closed; however, there are other nearby public lots where you can park during construction.
The south lot, adjacent to the former Council Building, will be closed beginning the week of August 18. Customers will still be able to access the City Offices and Library via the existing driveway off of Martinazzi Avenue, and limited parking will be available in the lot closest to the Library (the north lot). This first phase is expected to be completed in late September. Once the south lot is reopened, construction will begin on the north lot. The City appreciates your patience during this construction process.
At this time, Tualatin Library expects to maintain regular program schedules and regular library hours during the construction.
Hours are:Monday - Thursday, 10:00am-9:00pmFriday and Saturday, 10:00am-6:00pmSunday, 1:00-6:00pmWe encourage regular Tualatin Public Library users to look for construction updates on the City's webpage:
