Send in Ballots for November 2019 Election

Ballots must be received at official collection sites by 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5

Washington County elections officials are encouraging voters to mail or drop off their ballots as soon as possible for the November 5 election.

Voters should have received their ballots by mail last weekend. Voters will have until October 31 to send their completed ballots in appropriately signed envelopes through the U.S. Postal Service.

After this date, completed ballots should be dropped off at official collection sites in order to meet the election’s 8 p.m. deadline on November 5.

Ballot drop-off sites can be found on the Washington County website.

Elections Office Moved to New Location

Voters should be aware that the Washington County Elections Office relocated from Beaverton to Hillsboro earlier this fall. The new office is in the SunTech Corporate Park at 2925 NE Aloclek Drive, Suite 170, Hillsboro.

Aloclek Drive is a quarter of a mile east of NE Cornelius Pass Road and is accessible from NW Evergreen Parkway to the north and NE Cornell Road to the south. TriMet bus lines 47 and 48 provide service to this part of Hillsboro.

Information about vote-by-mail, voter eligibility and other election matters may be found at the Washington County Elections Office website or by calling 503-846-5800.
